Ingredients
For Don’s sauce
- 1 cup organic ketchup
- 1 tbsp creamed horseradish
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp ground garlic
- Splash of red wine
Mix well
For the ribs
1 rack per 2-3 ppl.
Method
Peel the membranes off the back of the rib rack, preferably pork baby back ribs.
Rub liberally with K&D Adobo, salt & pepper, and garlic powder.
Preheat BBQ to medium heat and cook ribs until almost done (without BBQ sauce), roughly 30 minutes.
While cooking ribs, prepare BBQ sauce.
Just before ribs are done, brush BBQ sauce liberally on ribs, and cook until the sauce starts to turn brown and ribs are done.
