Dear Friends,
It feels like Groundhog Day, but of course it’s not February. Last night, Sonoma County joined seven Bay Area Counties in preemptively adopting California’s “Stay-at-Home” order, and we know that many of you are affected by similar guidelines.
The order means that while we are continuing with essential winery operations, sadly our tasting room will be closed until January 10th, effective tomorrow. However, we are hard at work making sure that you can receive your favorite Dry Creek Vineyard wines, wherever you may be.
We know that you may have a lot of questions, so here are the answers to several “frequently asked questions” from the past several days:
1. Can I still order wine?
While our tasting room is closed, we could all use a glass of wine right now! Our website remains open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your holiday shopping, Netflix binging, takeout friendly wine needs. We are available for orders by phone at (800) 864-9463 ext. 280 and ask for your patience with any delays in response at this time.
2. Can I come pick up my wine?
Absolutely! We are offering a safe and socially distant curbside pickup option by appointment. You can call 707-433-1000 ext. 103 to place your pick-up order or place an order on our website and select the ‘curbside pickup’ option in the checkout and we will contact you to set an appointment.
3. Are you doing virtual tastings?
Yes! We offer private virtual tastings for businesses, or for groups of friends and family, either by selecting from our virtual tasting collection or emailing concierge@drycreekvineyard.com for a more customized experience. We’ll take care of everything for you: we’ll ship each attendee their wines, host the Zoom meeting, and can even send a personalized gift message upon request.
4. How will I know when you are open again?
We look forward to opening our doors once again as quickly as possible and know it is going to be a challenging time for everyone, but we will get through this together. We will continue to monitor the situation and give updates via email, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter as they become available.
We wish for the continued health and safety of you and your families through this unprecedented crisis, and we thank you for your ongoing support of our family winery!
Cheers,
The Dry Creek Vineyard Family
